The first stop when you take the road to Formentor is the viewpoint of the creueta is ready to park cars.
From this viewpoint you can see beautiful scenery of the coast, the islet of Colomer of 116 meters and the tip of Sal is one of the best views of the Mediterranean.
From here you can see the tower d'Albercuitx.
A Albercuix tower can go on a road car, although many hikers do walking or cycling.
From the tower d'Albercuix can see beautiful scenery of the bay of Pollensa and Alcudia, the beach of Formentor and the coast of Tramuntana.
The tower d'Abercuitx was built in the XVI century and is 390 meters above the sea, his mission was to guard the coast.

Formentor is a must-visit site for its great beauty, you can make a stop on the beach of Formentor and follow road to the lighthose, stopping at the lookouts to see the landscape and use a camera.
From to the ligthouse we must retrace our steps to Pollensa by our outward route and once more in this charming village we can continue our trip to Alcudia, all this region is rich in Roman remains and has been the object of numerous excavations. Some of the remains brought to light are in the museum in Palma. Also found here were the remains of walls built in the Middle Ages. Two gateways have been preserved. From Alcudia we continue to the Port, 2 Kms away and situated on the inner bend of its fine bay. It has an admirable beach, the longest in the island. Departing from either Alcudia or the port we can reach the victoria shrine, 5 Kms. from the village. It is situated on the mountain side with a beautiful view of the bay of Pollensa and in the background, Formentor.
In the Port of Alcudia we are at our farthest from Palma, of this trip the road 55 Kms. long forms a line dividing the island into two parts and it is by same road that we return to Palma.
