Magaluf is a resort of Calvia area, is located about 15 km from the city of Palma, is known for being the place with more fun and entertainment centers of Mallorca.
It has a sandy beach of 1 km long with all the services and attractions, showers, hammocks, water vehicles, parachutes, ski and great boat trips with underwater viewing.
You can make boat trips on the bay of Palma and the coast of Calvia, passing the beaches of Santa Ponsa and Paguera, you can reach Camp de Mar and San Telmo where you can see the island Dragonera.
Facing the beach of Magaluf at a distance of 1000 meters, is the island Sa Porrassa.
About Magaluf is Cala Vinyes (Cala Viñas), occupied by tourists from nearby hotels.
In a natural environment is Cala Falco, is a very nice little beach.
From Cala Falco can go to the beach La Bella Dona, is a nudist beach surrounded by pine trees.
Many travelers make excursions to the beaches of Portals Vells located in a conservation area 5 km away, there is the famous nudist beach El Mago.
Beside Magaluf is Palmanova, with great beaches and resorts.

If  there is a place where there is fun this is Magaluf. For lovers of Magaluf's nightlife has a variety of nightclubs, it is music of all styles, many people come around to enjoy the music until the wee hours. It organized many musical events with famous international DJ. There are a variety of bars and restaurants. Most visitors are British.
Punta Ballena Street has a large concentration of entertainment venues. Sports enthusiasts may make use of soccer fields, tennis, golf, karting and water sports.
A 4 km, in the village Sol de Mallorca, is the Casino and the Casino Paladium showroom, where you can take high-class entertainment.
The popular city festivals are held between 10 and 15 August. In August, movies are projected on a giant screen on the beach of Palmanova.
Magaluf is very close to other major tourist areas of Mallorca, Santa Ponsa, Paguera, Palma Nova, where you can make trips to visit and enjoy the events held at these locations.
